• Column: Vertical structure made of gray cast iron that support knee and allow it to move vertically up and down.
• Knee: Supported by column and which in turn provide guide way for saddle to move along it.
• Saddle : supported by knee which in turn provide guide way for table to move along it.
• Table :supported by saddle is provided with T slots to facilitate the clamping of work piece.
Over arm can be adjusted to accommodate arbor of different length
Basic Steps of Milling
• Get the detail information of work piece from drawing
• Select the appropriate types of side cutters and plain milling cutter
• Select appropriate type of arbor
• Mount cutters on arbor ,tighten the over-arm
• Select the table feed speed and RPM according to work piece type and accuracy required

- 時代が変遷の1960年に生まれ,1967年ペナンの輔友小学校に入学,卒業後恒毅中學に入り.高校卒業後TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN COLLEGEで材料工学を勉強しました. 其の後 National Semiconductorと言う会社で働き傍ら日本語 を自習しました.1987 年 AOTSの奨学金を貰って,川崎にある 三豊計測学院で研修しました. 現在教師としてTUNKU ABDUL COLLEGEで働きました.平和を愛する人として, アメリカのイラクヘの侵略を反対 している. Born in 1960 at time of transition, 3years after Malaysia Independence ,15 years after end of Second world war. Educated in Hu yew until 1972 Educated in Heng Eee high School until 1978 Received tertiary education in TAR College , City and Guild London, Mitutoyo metrology Institute in Japan , Rubber Research institute Malaysia. I experienced the second social change in 1990s when Malaysia sucessfuly transformed herself from agricultural based nation to a major trading country in the world. I am proud of Malaysia achievement so far .
